We therefore selected Silva to also paint all the woodwork throughout the interior of our house.  That work was also done very well, and with the disruption minimized.  (Work in most rooms was completed in one day so we were able to "reinhabit" the room after moving furniture away from the walls and have items covered by drop cloths.) After a basement renovation Silva’s came in for the painting job.  There was no fuss, no muss!  A few specific details were noted and taken care of.
The team, and there WAS a team, worked efficiently and neatly. And even though it was during the holiday season the job was completed in the time promised.

Most interior paint is dry to the touch within a few hours, but it keeps curing for days or weeks after that. We plan the coats and drying time around your date and tell you when furniture, decor and fixtures can safely go back against the walls.

Do you handle emergency painting for stores and offices?

Yes. We repaint stores, pop-up spaces, offices and lobbies on short notice. After-hours and weekend work depends on crew availability and building access, and we confirm both before the job is booked.

What do you need from me to quote a rush job?

Photos of each space, rough room sizes, the condition of the walls, your neighborhood, the deadline, the hours we can work and any building requirements. The more detail you send, the faster we can confirm a price and schedule.

Is the work still done properly on a rush timeline?

Yes. Rush jobs get the same prep as any other project, including patching, sanding and priming where needed. To meet a deadline we add crew or plan longer days instead of skipping steps, and owner Lorenzo Silva oversees the work.
